• Register for events when required
• Arrive on time
• Participate actively and constructively
• Silence mobile devices during presentations

• Be clear and concise in communications
• Stay on topic in discussion channels
• Use appropriate channels for different topics
• Respect others’ time and attention

Content Sharing ¶

• Share only content you have rights to share
• Give proper attribution to sources
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Follow open-source licensing principles

If you experience or witness behavior that violates these guidelines:

2. Reach out via our Signal group or email [conduct@example.com]
3. All reports will be handled confidentially

Consequences ¶

Violations may result in:

• Warning and request to change behavior
• Temporary suspension from events
• Permanent removal from the group

Membership ¶

• Membership is open to anyone interested in QGIS
• No fees required (or specify if applicable)
